We are happy to announce that another urban renewal project is underway on Habiluim Street in Ramat Gan, adjacent to Aluf Sadeh Way (in the southern part of the city).
The project covers an area of 7 dunams, and is situated nearby the Hayarden-Aluf Sadeh intersection, planned site for the Hayarden station of the light rail purple line, and the project will in fact constitute the southern gateway into the city.
As part of the project 308 residential units will be constructed in 2 35 floor towers (instead of the current 96 units in 8 existing buildings). The plan also includes construction of a 16 floor employment building that will include a commercial floor, a 6-floor public building, as well as additional open public areas with pedestrian walkways that will enable passage from the Aluf Sadeh highway and the light rail to the Habiluim neighbourhood.
The apartment owners were represented by Adv. Eli Eshel, a partner in our firm’s Real Estate department and head of the urban renewal sector.
