Advs. Oded Gross and Dana Battat, partners in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution department, lectured at the Tu Bishvat convention of ACC Israel on the subject of ‘Myth-Busting: Everything You Thought Was Confidential and Safe – and Isn’t’, and presented the emphases legal counsels should relate to in their daily work, while considering ruling.
The lecture was opened by Adv. Tali Guy, Teva Obedience and Enforcement Vice President, manager of the Obedience Forum and a director at ACC.
