Oded Gross, a partner in our firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution department, participated in a panel about corporate litigation at the Bar Association convention in Eilat.

The panel, officiated by Adv. Guy Gissin, and with the participation of Hon, Judge Ali from the Economic Department at the Haifa District Court and veterans from law offices in Israel, dealt, inter alia, with the question of the responsibility of threshold guards in controlled companies and the issue of the extensive consideration law courts have in claims concerning section 191 of the Companies Law in light of recent rulings by Hon. Judge Ali on the matter.
