David, originally from Belgium, is a member of both the Israeli and Belgium bar associations (authorized throughout the European Union countries) and specializes in international aviation laws and tourism laws.  

He is one of the formulators of the Aviation Services Law (Assistance and Compensation for Cancelled Flights or Changes in Terms) 2012, and since 2012 has served as aviation regulatory advisor to Knesset members and the Knesset Finance Committee.   

David is also the most veteran Israeli lawyer active in the Gulf countries (the United Emirates, etc.,) since 1995. 

In addition he is a senior lecturer on aviation laws at leading universities worldwide and performs his work in all of the six languages in which he is fluent.
