Adv, Helit Simchoni, head of the labour Laws department, and Adv. Shir Shoshany-Katz, manager of the Law & Tech department, were guests at a podcast officiated by Adv. Merav Leshem on behalf of ACC Israel – the Israel chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel.

The podcast discussed, inter alia, means for monitoring employees, including emails, mobile phones, etc.  In addition, questions concerning rulings were asked, and of course, practical tools were provided for legal counsels who come between management and employees.
