Our firm, though lawyers Ram Jeanne, Roey Dotan and Tomer Bar from the Commercial Litigation department, is representing the Maccabi Haifa Football Club in a legal proceeding at the Tel Aviv Jaffa District Court, concerning cancellation of the reduced points punishment imposed on the club due to unruly behavior of fans at a football match held between the club and the Maccabi Tel Aviv team. 

As part of the proceeding, it was argued on behalf of the club, that the Supreme Court of Israel’s Football Association had exceeded its authority and decreed contrary to the rules of natural justice.
