We ae proud to accompany the Cnaan Group, a leader in the field of residential real estate ventures, on an extensive urban renewal project, centered around an agreement (valued at 750 million NIS) with the Tidhar Company, to perform a evacuation and rebuild project in the Levy Eshkol (south) area of Kiriat Ono, with designated thousands of square meters of offices and commercial structures and 1,500 sqm recreational areas, construction of four kindergartens and of 755 residential apartments (of which 232 are for rights owners in the project).

Last week phase 2 of the project commenced; the group is accompanied on the project by lawyers Eli Eshel and Gal Sarusi-Brom from our firm’s Real Estate and Urban Renewal department.
