After 6 years of investigating the “Parallel Import Affair”, and an additional two years since submitting the indictment against the “Albar” company, represented by our firm, over the past few weeks the state witness, a key and significant witness for the prosecution, gave testimony.

The company’s defence claims, according to which no offences were committed whatsoever, and inasmuch as such offences were committed, they were done behind its back and without its knowledge, and that large sums of money were stolen, were compounded after cross examination of the state witness, performed by Adv. Sharon Kohane, partner and head of the firm’s White-Collar Crime department.
