The Privacy Protection Authority published a draft document for public comments, which deals with the aspects of privacy when waivering medical confidentiality and disclosing medical information of employees for work acceptance. In the document, the Authority reviews the privacy aspects that arise when work candidates are required to deliver medical informaiton, as part of the work acceptance process. The Authority details the obligations that apply to the employer, concerning the information entitled for collection, the means of collecting and processing the information.
