Our firm will hold a webinar for legal cousels on the subject of ‘Legal Accompaniment of an Energy and Infrastructure Project’, led by the firm’s partners from various departments.

As part of the webinar legal aspects of the project at each of the stages will be discussed:

Adv. Gadiel Blusztein, a partner in the Commercial department, will detail the procedural structure of the project and the necessary emphases in commercial agreements;

Adv.Michal Efrat-Alperin, a partner in the Commercial department, will review the emphases in  tender submission offers – from the pre-tender stage to announcing the winners;

Adv. Gali Friedhof, a partner in the Litigation and Dispute resolution department, will describe the project accompaniment from engagement commencement, and how to avoid dispute resolutions during and thereafter.
