Adv. Yaniv Dekel, a partner in our firm’s Commercial Litigation Department, in an opinion column for Calcalist’s “Judicial Arena”.

In the column Adv. Dekel argues the benefits of arbitration, and explains that conditioning contractual arbitration must be compatible with the transaction in question, and how important it is to avoid any “Copy Paste” methods from other agreements, that are not necessarily compatible with the transaction.
