We congratulate our clients, the Aspen Group and Rayk Real Estate on the completion of a unique transaction on the real estate vista.
The Aspen Group public company, specializing in yielding real estate, purchased 50% of Rayk Real Estate, which specializes in residential real estate, in return for 45 million ILS. Aspen will thereby provide financing for the company’s activities and the projects it is promoting, for the scope of many hundreds of millions of shekels.
Rayk Real Estate has a backlog of evacuation and rebuild and TAMA 38 projects, some of which are underway and others on the way, including thousands of housing units.
