Congratulation to our firm’s client SuperPharm on signing a cooperation agreement with Cannabotech to sell cannabis and fungi products at the SuperPharm branches in Poland. At first stage a pilot will be held to examine the activity, during which the companies will establish 4 sales stations for the Cannabotech brand using the Shop-In-Shop model at SuperPharm branches in Poland, as well as selling the products on the chain’s Internet website.

As part of the agreement between the parties SuperPharm has been granted options to purchase Cannabotech shares for a scale of 15% of the company’s shares capital.

SuperPharm was represented by Adv. Yoav Caspi, head of the Corporate department and one of the firm’s founding partners, Adv, Vered Pilichovski Czyzyk, head of the Capital Market and Securities department, and Adv. Sariel Cohen, a partner in the Corporate department.
