The Hemilton Group, owned by the Aharoni family, will purchase the EUM company, which has the exclusive franchise to the Wahl and Moser brands. 

The Hamilton Group and the Aharoni family were represented in the transaction by Adv. Gadiel Blusztein, a partner in our firm’s Corporate Law department.
