We are proud to accompany the Dunitz – Elad Residences company in its evacuation and rebuild project on Hahistadrut Street in Givatayim, which we have been accompanying for ten years, from the stage of determining and increasing the project boundaries, signing of tenants, approving the local outline plan – and now approval of the merging and allocations plan by the Givatayim Local Building and Planning Committee. 

The “Hahistadrut North” project at its completion will include 500 new housing units in 4 residential towers each with 25 floors with an investment scale estimated at 1.5 billion Shekels.
