Congratulations to the firm’s clients, Delek Assets and Azorim, on receiving Jerusalem Local Committee approval for the Deer Valley Tower project at the Pat Intersection (one of the city’s major intersections), which is currently the location of one of the Delek Company’s fuel stations.
The project plan includes a 34-floor tower with 220 housing units to be marketed on the free market and for rental (around 30%); commercial and employment areas covering 5,200 sqm; and a new elementary school.

Purchase of the land at a value of 132 million NIS was completed two years ago, the result of cooperation between the two groups.
Delek Assets and Azorim were accompanied in the transaction by lawyers Igal Doron and Yonit Gove, partners in our firm.
