We congratulate our clients, Itai Rochman and Moshe Kreiger, initiators of the Reindeer power station (eastern power station based on natural gas, to be constructed in the central region) with the completion of selling their portion in the power station partnership to Rapak Energy and Generation Capital. After the sale Rapak will hold 37% of the partnership, Siemens – 23% and the Phoenix – 40%.
