We are pleased to congratulate our client, NSC – Nano Sono Cooperation Ltd., which has developed an antimicrobial platform that eliminates disease-causing pathogens from products and surfaces, on the completion of a strategic agreement with Gadot Group, which will include a $2 million investment.

Gadot Group specializes in chemical production and logistics and is a part of the group that won the tender to privatize the port of Haifa with the Indian Adani Group in a deal valued at approximately $1.17 billion.

As part of this transaction, Gadot will build the necessary infrastructure and production line to produce an antimicrobial technology, known as QUACTIV, that was developed in Nano sono’s laboratories in Yokneam.

The transaction was accompanied by the lawyers Daniel Chinn (partner), Hila Faber and Aviel Rosenberg of our firm’s High-Tech and Venture Capital department.
