Adv. Eli Eshel, a partner at our firm’s Real Estate Department and head of the urban regeneration sector, with expertise in real estate funding, presented tp Globes Real Estate an interpretation on the matter of changes in credit terms and restrictions in providing credit to the real estate market.
In the article Adv. Eshel said that “Banks have known regulatory restrictions, and because the real estate market has been growing for years, these restrictions have once again come up. This is a cycle that is expected to recur every few years. For as long as no new banks appear, whereas the market grows – it is natural that the banks will reach one or another regulatory restriction”.
