Rami Zalko, blessed be his memory, was one of the firm’s founding partners and headed the real-estate department. 

Rami specialized in the field of real-estate, served as legal counsel for complex and large-scale projects, and played a significant role in entrepreneurial transactions and in accompanying purchase groups (of the first in Israel!) in residential, commercial and industrial sectors. 

In addition to his professionalism, Rami cultivated the younger generation of lawyers in the firm, and was a professional mentor in the field of real-estate for lawyers and interns in the department. 

On May 29, 2016, Rami passed away, after a long battle with a disease. He left behind his wife, Liora, and their three children – Assaf, Maya and Shahar, whom we wish long life.
