We are proud of our judicial team on their achievement at the Tel Aviv District Court, which rejected the class action estimated at 81.6 million NIS, against the firm’s client, Shufersal, with the claim that the package weight is not deducted from the prepackaged meat and chicken products, in breach of the compromise agreement from a previous claim.  The court accepted the Shufersal argument, presented by our firm, and adopted the expert opinion on its behalf. The court ruling determined, inter alia, all of plaintiff’s presented evidence inadmissible because of hidden contrary evidence. Furthermore, the court imposed on the plaintiff 15,000 NIS in expenses.
