A great start for 2021! We were very excited to accompany our long term client Lemonade in its additional (second) offering of its shares in the NYSE in a total amount of approximately US$ 800,000,000.
As part of this public offering, Lemonade offered 3,300,000 new shares for a total of US$ 544,500,000, and several existing stockholders registered and sold part of their holdings in exchange for USD$ 251,500,000.
Our partners Daniel Chinn and Saar Binyamin, together with associates Hila Faber and Ohad Bagad assisted Lemonade in this new offering.
