We are proud to represent Etz Hashaked in a TAMA 38/2 urban renewal project involving the demolition and reconstruction of a residential building at 7 HaZohar Street in Tel Aviv.

The new development will include a 7-storey building with 28 residential units and an underground parking facility.
Under the agreement with the developer, current homeowners will receive upgraded apartments – 17 sqm larger than their original units – including a secure room (Mamad), a sun balcony, a storage unit, and parking.

Last week, the official demolition ceremony took place, attended by the apartment owners – marking an exciting new beginning.
