In the last few days, a purchase transaction was completed by one of the largest retail groups in Israel. Naaman Group, which owns the Vardinon and Naaman chains, has purchased 60% of shares in the Or San Company (Home Style), one of the largest importers-retailers of home textile products in Israel, as well as owner of the Home Style chain.
The seller, Maya Progress (controlled by Ofer Brothers and Moshik Ganzi) sold Naaman its full share in Or San (50%), and AYA Commerce (controlled by Brothers Roni and Eyal Asa) sold Naaman 10% of its 50% share in the company.
