With the Courts summer recess, the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department at our firm convened a professional study day, designed to provide additional tools for ongoing work.
As part of the study day, Adv. Ram Jeanne, head of the department and our firm’s managing partner, gave a lecture on the subject of preparing for debates and writing cross examinations, and partners from the department delivered other professional contents concerning the practice.
We were happy to host Prof. Amir Licht, who gave a lecture on the subject of innovations in corporate laws and in relation to the liabilities of officers, and Adv. Ran Lustigman, who lectured on the subject of effective abbreviated writing in the spirit of civil law procedure regulations.
