The Israeli Girl Week initiative by Shavot brings together tens of thousands of girls and boys each year with thousands of inspiring and influential women, serving as role models for future generations. Now in its fourth consecutive year, Israeli Girl Week has become the largest women’s empowerment event in Israel!

Each year, thousands of women volunteer in schools across the country, leading discussions on gender equality, equal opportunities, and breaking glass ceilings, inspiring young minds through personal stories. Among them is Ms. Lori Kidron, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at our firm.

Shavot was founded to bridge gender gaps and empower young girls by strengthening their self-confidence and providing them with the tools to pursue their ambitions and realise their full potential.

In her lecture in her hometown, Ms. Kidron addressed the challenges of adolescence and the inner strength within every individual, even when it is not immediately visible. Using real-life examples, she reinforced her message and inspired both girls and boys to recognise and embrace their potential.
