Tom Ganor is an associate in our firm’s Corporate Law department and provides legal advice to the firm’s clients in a variety of corporate and commercial fields, including the continuous accompaniment of companies, corporate law and corporate governance, merger and acquisition transactions and commercial agreements.
Tom is highly experienced in the field of securities laws and the capital market, in accompanying complex transactions, including IPO issues in Tel Aviv and worldwide, legal due diligence examinations for IPO prospectuses, mergers and acquisitions of private and public companies, skeleton mergers, and in the regular accompaniment of public companies on subjects of stock exchange reports, corporate governance and current commercial accompaniment.
