Adv. Moti Rivkind is a partner in our firm’s Tenders and Infrastructures department.
Moti accompanies the firm’s clients on all matters pertaining to the drawing up of different and varied tenders, including procurement and operating equipment tenders, complex technological and computing systems tenders, services tenders, consultants/experts tenders; large work force tenders subject to the increased enforcement law and insurance tenders.
As part of his work Moti provides ongoing legal advice and accompaniment pertaining to all manner of alignments, tenders and other competitive procedures, during all phases of the process, including the pre-tender phase (formulating and designing the tender outlines and terms), the principal phase (drawing up documents and their publication, examining offers and conduct with bidders up to winning selection), as well as accompaniment on the following phases (alliances with winning suppliers and accompaniment of proceedings at legal instances).
In addition, Moti has many years of experience in providing services in the field of commercial agreements of varying complexities, conducting negotiations including the drawing up of various commercial agreements, accompanying commercial transactions and ongoing legal counsel.
Moti is an accounting and law graduate of the Tel Aviv University, and his clients benefit from the combined legal knowhow and experience with the accounting education.
