Tal Hertz is a partner in our firm, and deals in commercial, administrative and civil litigation, including the field of real estate and building and planning.

Tal represents and appears at all legal instances in the State of Israel, including the Supreme Court, the High Court of Justice, proceedings before courts for administrative affairs and civil proceedings at all instances, as well as conducting arbitrations.

Moreover, Tal is an expert on all aspects in the field of building and planning, and accompanies the firm’s clients in various proceedings at building and planning institutions and various authorities. His work includes providing ongoing legal counsel in the field of building and planning, legal representations on matters of planning and licensing, representing clients at building and planning institutions and appeals committees as part of objection proceedings, appeals and at various courts for administrative proceedings.
