Adv. David Sprecher is a partner in our firm’s Corporate department, specializing in aviation, transportation and tourism.

Adv. Sprecher has over three decades of experience and specializes in the fields of aviation, transportion and tourism, inter alia representing leading foreign airlines in Israel. 

He also deals in corporate law between companies from Israel, Europe, the Gulf states (Emirates, Bahrain, Qatar and Saudi Arabia) and from Morocco.  

Adv. Sprecher has served as an aviation regulatory advisor for the Knesset committees (finance and state comptroller) since 2011 and is also one of the formulators of the Aviation Services Law (Assistance and Compensation for Cancelled or Changes in Terms for Flights) 2012. 

During the Covid pandemic he was appointed personal assistant to the Committee Chairperson, MK Sasa Biton.

Adv. Sprecher is a senior lecturer on Aviation Laws and International Business Law, teaching in France, Morocco, the United Emirates and India. 

Adv. Sprecher serves as chairman of the Aviation and Tourism Laws Committee at the Israeli Bar Association.

Adv. Sprecher has won recognition as a Leading Individual by the international ranking guide The LEGAL 500 due to his achievements in the field of transportation.

Adv. Sprecher has a wide range of prominent local and foreign clients.  

Adv. Sprecher has headed significant transactions in the field on the market, such as: reopening of Israel’s skies during the pandemic and renewal of client companies flights during that time as well as during the current war.
