Wassim Sibat is an associate in our Insolvency and Restructuring Department.
Wassim specializes in diverse civil-commercial and administrative litigation, insolvency proceedings, and represents clients in complex, cross-border litigation cases.
Prior to joining AYR, Wassim served as an attorney in the Tel Aviv District Attorney’s Office (civil law) for five years, where he gained significant experience in litigation and civil law (tort) and administrative law (planning and construction, tenders, and more). Moreover, Wassim actively participated in an integrated enforcement team.
