Shlomi Bardugo co-heads the Corporate Law Department and leads the field of Crypto and Blockchain.

He is experienced in providing legal counsel on a wide range of subjects related to the field, including blockchain development agreements, commercial agreements related to cryptographic coin trading, agreements related to joint ventures with artists and mining creators and sale of NFT products, trade agreements related to token issues and token grants to workers and service providers, agreements related blockchain joint ventures, consultation on money laundering and terror funding, counsel and accompaniment of companies in the field with banks, legal counsel and accompaniment on taxation aspects of cryptograph coins and working with tax authorities in the field, as well as legal accompaniment and counsel with the securities authority.

Shlomi has vast experience in the hotel industry, including the acquisition and sale of hotels, drafting rental and hotel management agreements, in Israel and abroad, and in representing leading clients in the hotel and tourism industries in Israel on large scale, complex transactions in many countries around the world, including Israel, Cyprus, Greece, Portugal, Germany, Georgia and New York.
Shlomi is also experienced in all types of agreements related to payment services and fintech, including acquisition and gateway agreements with banks, Merchant Agreements, credit card issuers (BIN Sponsorship Issuing) and cellular telephone operators (MNOs and Mobile money).
For a long time Shlomi has been serving as the leading legal advisor for the largest payment services company in Africa.
He has lectured at the Business Management Faculty of the College of Administration on companies’ law, securities and contracts, and has served as Chairman of the Employment Committee pursuant to the Discharged Soldiers Law, as well as serving as Appeals Committee Chairman pursuant to the Property Tax Law.
