Shani has expertise and extensive experience in conducting litigation proceedings at all instances of Israel’s labour courts, including collective disputes, arbitration proceedings, sexual harassment, as well as conducting complex disciplinary proceedings.
Shani specializes in representation of local and international employers on the private and public sectors, including higher education institutions, high-tech companies, communications companies, pharma companies, industrial companies, as well as employee committees.
Shani accompanies and advises on a wide range of subjects in the field of labour laws, with special emphasis on work relations and human resources in organizations, as well as the commercial aspects and considerations of the organization. As such, Shani provides ongoing accompaniment and assistance, including in commercial transactions and M&A.
