Prior to joining AYR, Ronen practiced litigation at other leading law firms.
Ronen provides expert accompaniment and representation in complex litigation cases, of considerable financial scale, in a wide range of legal aspects in the commercial-business arena, including shareholder disputes, contracts, banking, class actions, antitrust, real estate disputes, and international law.
As such, Ronen represents clients before all tribunals, both in court and in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
