Ohad Zalevsky is a senior partner at our Real Estate and Urban Renewal Department, heading our firm’s commercial, logistics and industry practice.
Over a span of more than three decades, Ohad has amassed a wealth of legal experience in various areas related to real estate in Israel, such as income-generating real estate, residential real estate, and planning and construction. Ohad accompanies the firm’s clients in formulating the right outline for the transaction, expressed in a creative, current and goal-oriented approach.
Ohad is an expert at drafting contracts and other legal documents that require creative solutions to complex problems, including on aspects of financing and credit, real estate taxation and more.
His legal expertise is guided by an extensive knowledge of real estate law, planning and construction law, corporate law and commercial law and a wealth of practical experience in dealing with a variety of issues that have arisen in the course of various transactions he has guided.
Prior to founding Zalevsky & Co, Ohad was a senior partner and head of the real estate division of another leading law firm for many years. There, he represented some of the largest companies on the Israeli economy and led and oversaw complex transactions in commerce, law, housing and industry.
