Moran Baruch-Gelbort is a partner in our Real Estate and Urban Renewal Department.

Moran has more than a decade of real estate experience, as well as a unique expertise in legal representation and counsel for contractors, companies, investors, developers and private clients. Moreover, she provides accompaniment and counsel on various real estate transactions valued at hundreds of millions of shekels. Among others, Moran handles residential projects, from the initial stages of the land acquisition transaction, through its accompaniment throughout planning and execution and until completion, representation on complex purchase and sale transactions, management of rentals in commercial and office complexes, joint ownership and option contracts, combination agreements and more. 

She also provides legal assistance, including representation vis-à-vis all parties in a project, including banks and financing entities, the planning and construction authorities, the Israel Land Authority, municipalities and various municipal entities.
