Mor Leventer Cohen is an associate in our Real Estate and Urban Renewal Department. She handles various property issues, including real estate transactions, city regeneration projects, income -generating real estate, financing, acquisition groups and condominiums.
Mor also accompanies one of the most prominent banks in Israel in drafting complex property liens, and represents one of the largest domestic insurance firms.
Mor interned at the Real Estate Law Enforcement Unit of the State Attorney’s Office. Prior to joining AYR, she worked for Bank Leumi in the Department of Commercial Real Estate liens.
During her LL.B. studies, she attended one summer semester at Oxford University (Pembroke College), participating in public international law clinics, as well as the “Change” (Tmura) Clinic – a legal center for the Advancement of Equality through Torts Law, directed by Prof. Yifat Bitton. Mor has also worked as an instructor in the Israel Bar Association’s program: “Shar Mitzvah”.
Mor served 14 years in the IDF, in different command and training positions and was discharged with the rank of captain (reserve). Her most recent position in the reserve corps was 98th Division Operations Officer, for which she received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Israeli Parliament (Knesset) for her contribution to the reserve service.
