For over three decades, Igal has acquired extensive experience in many aspects of civil commercial law, including civil commercial litigation, real estate law, planning and construction, liquidations and receiverships, insolvency, administrative law and international transactions.
Igal is proficient in managing a wide range of complex and large-scale commercial and administrative disputes, specializing in all areas of commercial and civil disputes, including arbitration and mediation. Throughout his professional career, Igal has made countless appearances before all courts and tribunals in Israel, including several litigation cases that terminated with legal binding rulings of the Supreme Court.
In addition to his expertise in the field of commercial litigation, he is an expert in all aspects of real estate and planning and construction, handling numerous projects in this field. Igal represents a wide range of companies and entities on the economy, such as leading commercial companies in Israel as well as several of the largest real estate companies. He has led many commercial transactions and large-scale projects, including the acquisition of several companies and various cooperation agreements in Israel and abroad. Igal also serves as a receiver appointed by the various courts.
He has in-depth knowledge and many years of experience in supervising real estate transactions and complex projects, in the betterment and planning of large real estate complexes, in complicated projects and ventures and in the purchase and betterment of residential land. Over the years, Igal has also supervised real estate transactions and real estate projects abroad, including in Hungary, Romania, England, Costa Rica, the United States and Canada. He also represents clients in joint ventures, “evacuation-rebuild” transactions, land sales agreements and construction contracts, NOP (TAMA38) agreements, leasing contracts etc.
