Dorit Zoldan – Zohar is a partner in our Corporate Law Department. She provides ongoing accompaniment to the firm’s clients on a wide range of issues related to their day-to-day activities. Dorit has extensive experience in tender law, representing companies in administrative petitions and defendants in class actions, mainly in the field of tourism.
Dorit also handles labour law issues, providing ongoing advice and accompaniment to employers, from the earliest stages of negotiation with the employee, through drafting the work agreement, and to the termination of employment. In addition, Dorit has extensive litigation experience, representing employers and employees on employee-employer disputes in labour courts and mediation proceedings.
Using her expertise, she provides accompaniment to purchase groups, from founding stage to “receiving the key”.
In addition, Dorit specializes in assisted living and in representation against assisted living associations.
She is an expert in the field of inheritance law, with a proficiency in drafting wills, in will execution and probation order proceedings, handling objections, exercising heirs’ rights, and providing legal assistance in proceedings before the Inheritance Registrar and the Administrator General. Dorit is trained and experienced in preparing continuous powers of attorney.
Moreover, Dorit is an expert in the field of trademarks, including: registration of trademarks, handling of objections to a trademark registration, conducting proceedings before the Trademarks Registrar and conducting legal proceedings against infringing companies.
