Aviel Rosenberg is an associate in our High-Tech and Venture Capital Department.
As part of our High-Tech Department, Aviel deals with corporate and commercial law, mainly in the fields of high-tech and venture capital funds.
Aviel provides legal advice to local and international companies, including venture capital funds and technology companies, at all stages of their development.
While studying at Bar Ilan University, Aviel was a member of the editorial board and editor of the university publication “Legal Studies” online edition, and a member of the “Commercial” editorial board, a student magazine published by the Commercial Law Center headed by Prof. Arie Reich.
