Amit has two decades of experience in counselling and accompanying companies during insolvency proceedings, formulating and executing debt settlements, managing, and operating companies in rehabilitation and receivership as well as conducting complex litigation proceedings relating to companies in crisis.
The team under his management is among the leading teams in Israel for handling insolvency proceedings, of the largest and most complex in the country, with emphasis on corporate rehabilitation.
Amit is regularly appointed by various district courts as officer for companies and corporations under insolvency and settlement proceedings, including infrastructure, retail, real estate, communication, commercial and industrial companies. Amit is also appointed as mediator on behalf of the court on complex disputes related to insolvency, as well as commercial disputes.
Amit and his team cooperate with an economic-managerial team to handle cases from all angles, combining legal, economic, accounting and management aspects.
Amit has extensive experience in rehabilitating companies, including formulating debt settlements outside of court, with far reaching expertise in counselling financial entities that provided credit to companies in difficulty, as well as in representing creditors in insolvency proceedings and investors interested in purchasing companies under debt settlement.
Amit is an expert at complex commercial litigation and in accompanying real estate ventures, and has extensive experience in court appearances in Israel, including the Supreme Court.
