Amir is one of Israel’s leading and renowned lawyers in the field of real estate and planning and construction, and is an expert on aspects of regulation in the cellular communications industry and related fields.

Amir leads the handling of significant and central transactions, including in the fields of financing, real estate, infrastructures, communications and retail.  Amir has led complex transactions for housing, industry and commerce, entrepreneurial projects, preservation projects, land betterment and designation change projects in many areas in Israel, and more.

In addition, Amir represents, formulates strategy and tactics, advises and accompanies the firm’s clients on aspects related to property management, as well as on complex disputes, including arbitration, mediation and court proceedings.  Due to his extensive experience in managing and resolving complex crises, Amir possesses knowledge and can lead to the conclusion of legal disputes with the best possible results for his clients, and at the best and most appropriate timing.  Amir also represents the firm’s clients on core issues at Knesset committees and in legislative amendments.

Amir serves as an arbitrator and mediator for complex commercial disputes, concerning corporations as well as between shareholders and business partners.  Amir’s talent at recognizing the interests of the parties concerned, and in understanding the sensitivities and complexities of any dispute, most mediation proceedings he conducted were concluded with satisfactory settlements to the benefit of all parties involved.
