Rafi Soferman is a partner in our firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department.
Prior to joining our firm Rafi worked for leading law firms and had his own private practice.
Rafi has extensive and wide ranging experience in handling complex legal proceedings in a variety of fields, including: law suits in the fields of building, land and protected living, disputes in the field of agencies and distribution, between shareholders and entrepreneurs in companies, in various administrative proceedings and in the field of tenders, court cases and uniform contracts, complex corporate arbitrations, class actions and intellectual property disputes.
Rafi also has a unique experience in Plant Breeder Rights (PBR) and in Plant Variety Protection (PVP) disputes.
