Ksenya Zemsckov is an associate in our firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution department, dealing with all manner of civil litigation, with emphasis on complex disputes that require strategic planning and management of the procedure.
In addition, Ksenya is experienced in conducting Israeli and International arbitration proceedings, including with international institutions, such as the ICC, managing temporary international relief, enforcement proceedings of foreign rulings and proceedings concerning mega projects in the field of construction and complex real estate transactions.

Cases & Legal Activities
Over the years Ksenya has accumulated extensive experience and her prominent cases include:
- Acting for an Israeli energy renewal company versus one of the leading energy companies in Europe, in an ICC arbitration evolving a delay and quality dispute arising of a mega power plant project.
- Acting for one of the largest real estate companies, in a contractual dispute worth tens of millions of NIS. The dispute was managed under several tribunals, while an argument or a decision under a jurisdiction might affect and influence other proceedings.
- Acting for an Israeli green energy company requesting urgent interim relief under the Israeli jurisdiction, prior to the commencement of an emergency arbitration under the ICC court, subjected to a contractual arbitration clause.
- Acting on behalf of a foreign sovereignty in an enforcement procedure of a foreign judgement.
- Acting on behalf of the Ramat Gan Local Planning and Building Committee in an administrative appeal, versus striptease clubs in the Ramat Gan Diamond exchange area, requesting to grant them with an operation permit, despite of a change in the area’s zoning and planning directives, denying such activity.
- Acting on behalf of a leading governmental construction company in pre-litigation and arbitration commencement proceedings (versus an Israeli ministry), on the matter of a mega infrastructure and housing project, first of its kind in the Israeli field.
- Successfully acting for international and domestic clients in the field of urgent interim measures; and foreign judgments and awards enforcement under the Israeli laws.
- Ksenya is also part of the representatives and organizers of the ALM (“Arbitration Lunch Match”) initiative in Israel. ALM is the international event of the moment for female practitioners in the field of International Arbitration. Participants are matched with other women working in the field of IA to meet for an intimate lunch, contributing to a better sense of community and network.
