Adv. Tsimchoni counsels some of the largest private and public companies on the Israeli economy, including drawing up complex commercial and labour agreements with regulators.
Adv. Tsimchoni has many years of experience in representing Israeli companies and businessmen in court, inter alia, on complex shareholder disputes in the court for financial matters, class actions (on behalf of the defense) complex labour disputes in the Labour Court, administrative appeals, lawsuits in the field of urban renewal and representation in arbitrations. In addition, Adv. Tsimchoni has many years of experience in representing and providing regular counsel to motor vehicle importers.
In the past he served as legal counsel for several companies on the capital market; his activities included regular work with the Israel Securities Authority; reporting to the stock exchange; counsel and accompaniment of directorate meetings; and more.
