Nir Friedman is a partner in our firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department.

Nir specializes in commercial litigation and represents corporations and individuals on disputes in all areas of civil, commercial and administrative law, and at all legal instances and in arbitrations. 

Nir has extensive practical experience in managing complex litigation cases, and he represents clients on various commercial disputes, inter alia in the fields of mergers and acquisitions and control battles in companies, as well as administrative petitions, including in the field of tenders.  

Over the years Nir has represented clients amongst some of the largest private and public companies on the Israeli economy, including communication companies, hi-tech companies, credit companies, banks, insurance companies, real estate companies, and more. In addition, Nir has represented government companies.  

Before joining our firm, Nir practised litigation at other leading law firms.
