Michal Amir is an associate in our firm’s Tenders and Infrastructures department.
Michal has extensive experience in providing ongoing legal advice to public entitles, in drawing up alliances and tenders and in consulting private companies applying to participate in tenders on the legal and commercial aspects of engagements, and in drawing up preliminary contracts for submitting offers.
In addition, Michal has many years of experience providing services in the fields of commercial law and companies law to public and private clients in Israel and abroad, including drawing up various commercial contracts, technological agreements, contractor agreements in the fields of construction and infrastructure, accompanying commercial transactions and ongoing legal counsel.
Michal is an expert in all matters pertaining to conducting tenders (especially international tenders) on various subjects, including procurements and operating equipment tenders, tenders for the purchase of complex technological and computing systems, construction and infrastructure tenders, services tenders and alliances with consultants;
As part of her work, Michal provides ongoing legal advices, inter alia, to the Airports Authority on all matters pertaining to alliances, tenders and other competitive proceedings, including advising the tenders committee on the formulation of tender outlines and terms, accompanying tne tender procedure at the phase of examining the offers and clarifications with bidders, conducting clarification meetings, negotiations and accompanying alliances with suppliers after winning.
