Lior Lavie is a lawyer in our firm’s Corporate Department and provides ongoing legal advice to the firm clients on various fields of commercial and corporate law, including regular accompaniment of companies, companies laws and corporate governance, merger and acquisition transactions and commercial agreements.
Lior also has extensive experience in litigations and dispute resolution, and manages complex litigations cases conducted in court, as well as arbitration and mediation proceedings, in all fields of civil and commercial law, as well as on class actions and derivatives.
