Eti Larom is a lawyer in our firm’s Real Estate and Urban Renewal department.
Her work includes dealing with all aspects of the real estate field, such as legal representation and accompaniment of contracting and entrepreneurial companies on purchase and sales transactions of real estate properties, as well as yielding residential real estate countrywide, drawing up purchase agreements, combination agreements and accompanying these projects on all matters pertaining to registration of rights, representation of companies in possession of yielding real estate properties in the country (inter alia, malls, shopping centers, office buildings) on rental transactions of these properties, drawing up rental and management agreements of various kinds in the field of yielding real estate, accompanying of purchase groups and of entrepreneurs on urban renewal projects.
As part of these transactions, Eti handles all legal aspects related, from the performance of legal due diligence for real estate properties, financing and obtaining banking backing, agreements with contractors and suppliers, marketing and sales agreements and until completing registration of rights in the relevant register. Eti is experienced in financing and financial accompaniments in the field of real estate, on behalf of financiers, including banks, insurance companies and other institutions, and on behalf of the financed parties.
Representation of entrepreneurs in the field of urban renewal such as TAMA 38/2 (demolition and rebuild) and evacuation-construction transactions. As part of this representation, assistance in submitting offers to perform projects, preparing agreements with the various project consultants, legal negotiations including with land rights owners, legal negotiations for banking accompaniments, legal negotiations with performing contractors and drawing up of sales agreements for the entrepreneurs’ apartments in the projects.
