Adv. Gadiel Blusztein, a partner in our firm, represented Gruza Kashfitzky which holds 42 apartments in the Opera Tower, in an ongoing dispute of six year. In an unusual move, the court ruled in favor of the firm’s client and ruled that the privity between the parties, namely, the former management company and the parent company Edriel – as claimed by Adv. Blusztein – and although the counterparty was not a party to the first proceeding, all the court’s rulings apply to it as well.
